When thousands of driverless cars all want the same stretch of kerb outside airports, stadiums and casinos, someone has to design and run how they stop, wait and leave.
A Curb Marshal runs the last 50 metres of every robotaxi trip. They set up pickup zones, queue rules, idle limits and handover points between competing fleets, and step in on the day when a concert ends or a flight bank lands.
